Would you like to work one-on-one with me?

Three private coaching spots are now available for 2017! Work with me one-on-one in three month increments (February-April).

Whether you’ve already started writing a book and you need some guidance to see it through to completion, or you have a book idea but don’t know where or how to get started, one-on-one coaching may be just what you need to finally realize your goal of becoming a published author.

What you’ll receive:

  • Three (3) months of private one-on-one coaching (February-April)
  • Six (6) one-hour coaching sessions via phone or Skype (bi-weekly/flexible)
  • Review and feedback on your manuscript prior to each session (submit to me 48 hours in advance)
  • Unlimited email access to me for the duration of the program

We’ll start with a one-hour strategy session during week one. We will gauge where you are at in the book writing process, what your goals are, and develop a clear plan of action to help you see those goals through to completion.

I’ll give you action items to work on in between sessions to help you progress through the process. I’ll hold you accountable along the way, and when blocks and fears arise, we’ll break through them together.

Why Hire an Author Coach?

Writing a book can be overwhelming, and self-doubt and fear can be crippling to the aspiring author, which often results in shelving the project, or worse--abandoning it all together.

Sometimes just having a key person to work alongside you through the creation process is the difference between success and failure.

I’ve coached countless writers through the book writing process, and I have a proven system for each phase: from developing your ideas, to creating an outline, polishing your writing and crafting it into a compelling book that will sell.

I’m not only a three-time bestselling author myself, but I specialize in getting my clients on the bestsellers' list, and that all starts by creating a high-quality book you can be proud of and building your platform while you write so you have an audience to market to upon publication.

If you are serious about writing and publishing a book this year, it’s not too late. I wrote Authorpreneur in just 60 days, and it shot to #1 bestseller in its category on Amazon in the first week of publication. And I’m extremely busy just like you. I had to get creative with my time and make my book a priority to meet my goal.

I’ll be honest, it was hard, work but it was well worth it the day the first box of books arrived in the mail and I opened it and held that shiny book in my hands, my name adorning the front cover. That’s a feeling I can only describe as…priceless.

We all have the same 24 hours in each day, and if you wait until the perfect time, that day may never come. There will always be a reason, an obstacle, an excuse…

If you are ready to make your book a priority and create the time in your schedule to do this for yourself, this program may be right for you.

I’m not saying you have to write your book as quickly as I did, but three months of dedicated work can get you there--at the very least you’ll complete a first draft--but you have to make a commitment to yourself first.

What better way to commit than to invest in a professional publisher and author coach whose goal is to hold you accountable, offer constructive feedback and help you succeed?

If you are serious about your book writing goals, and you are ready to take your future into your own hands and finally do this for you, I invite you to apply for the program.

I just have a few simple questions to ensure we are a good fit for one another, and if we are I will contact you so we can get started or set up a call to answer any lingering questions you may have.

As mentioned, I’ve received several requests for this, and I’m anticipating these spots to fill quickly, so if you think you may be interested, don’t delay. Apply here TODAY!

What is your coaching style?

I coach from a positive yet honest prospective. Gently nudging your forward, urging you to meet your potential through a variety of proven techniques I’ve used time and time again in my coaching and mentoring practice. I understand that each client is unique and at a different stage in the process. I’m a good listener and I know how to gauge the needs of my clients and develop a plan of action that’s best for your learning-style and writing/publishing goals.

What happens after I apply?

After you apply I will review your questionnaire to ensure we are a good fit for one another. If so, I will notify you that you've been accepted into the program. Once your payment has been made, I will send you a link to my scheduler so you can set up your first session. If you have any lingering questions you'd like answered prior to making a decision, we can set up a call. If all spots are filled before you secure payment, I will put you on the waiting list for when I open space in my schedule again, later in the year.

Since you are also a publisher, do you offer publishing services to your clients once their book is finished?

Absolutely. Whether you are looking to self-publish or are seeking a more traditional publishing model, Transcendent Publishing has a variety of publishing packages and design services to meet your needs. I always offer my clients and students heavily discounted rates. My goal is to help you succeed and get your book to publication.

What if I don’t have any writing experience but I have an idea for a book?

You are a great fit for this program, as long as you have a desire to succeed and a commitment to your goal. I am experienced in working with writers of all levels, in all phases of the process. I will gauge your needs based on an assessment that we'll cover in your first strategy session.

What if I’m looking for coaching on building my author platform, marketing and promotion?

Yes! As the author of Authorpreneur, that is what I specialize in. Not all my coaching clients need help with book writing for the full duration of three months. Your coaching sessions will unfold organically, and will be based on what your needs are depending on where you’re at in your book writing/publishing/marketing journey. We may start by working on your book, and then begin working on your platform to ensure you are set up for success upon publication.

I have a vacation planned, what happens if I need a couple weeks off from my coaching sessions?

You have six coaching sessions to use as needed over the course of three months, and although I suggest having two per month scheduled bi-weekly, you are welcome to schedule your coaching sessions around your calendar. If you need to schedule two weeks in a row and then take two weeks off, that is perfectly fine. I am flexible and you will be booking all your sessions through my scheduler to find the times that work best for you.

What happens if I need to reschedule? Is there a penalty for missing a session?

I understand that things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I just ask that you notify me 24 hours in advance, and in that case there is no penalty. If you can't make a session and you don't notify me, the first time it will be waived and you will be able to reschedule. If it happens a second time you will lose that session.

What is the investment?

The total cost of the program is $1497 for three months of coaching. You can save 10% by paying in full for a total of $1347 (a $150 savings), or you can make three monthly payments of $499 with the payment plan option.

Is there a refund policy?

Since coaching is an investment in time for both of us, unfortunately I do not offer a refund policy on coaching services. If something should arise and you cannot continue your sessions, you are welcome to freeze your package and use your coaching sessions at a later date. If you decide you’ve reached a point where coaching is not for you, or you no longer need the sessions, we can discuss applying your remaining funds toward a publishing package, online course or any other product/service I offer.
